비만 고혈당 등이 생기고 대사증후군이 생지 않게 예방,

기도 내 이물이 생기지 않게 예방.

우울증에 걸리지 않게 예방,

자살하지 않게 예방…예방하는 것이 얼마나 현명한가 .

한량으로 예방할 것을 한근으로 사고 후 처리 하는 것보다 예방해 사고가 생기지 않게 하는 것이 백배 천배 낫지 않은가.
