위생 관리(소아청소년들의 건강을 위한), Hygienics for children and adolescents

박테리아, 바이러스, 기생충 등 여러 종류의 병원체가 코, 입, 피부, 손, 외생식기 등을 통해 인체의 각 계통의 기관과 조직으로 감염되면 여러 종류의 감염병에 걸릴 수 있다.
특히 불결한 손을 통해 여러 종류의 병원체에 감염되어 감염병에 걸릴 수 있다.
하찮은 것 같지만 평소 손을 깨끗이 씻는 습관은 감염병 예방을 하는데 가장 효과적이고 감염병 예방 역할을 크게 한다.
박테리아, 바이러스, 기생충 등 병원체에 전염되지 않도록 손을 깨끗이 씻어야 한다고 육아
양육 교육을 시키고 그렇게 실행하도록 모범을 보이는 것은 대단히 중요하다.
평소에 몸을 청결히 해서 농가진 등 박테리아 피부 감염병에 걸리지 않게 한다.
그렇다고 해서 너무 자주 목욕을 시켜 감염병을 예방하는 기능이 있는 피지, 피부충 펩타이드 등을 닦아내서는 안 된다.
살고 있는 집안이나 집 주위를 깨끗이 청소해 모기나 파리 등 유해 곤충이 자라지 않게 해 감염병 등에 걸리지 않게 한다.
몰드(Mold), 곰팡이, 집먼지 진드기가 집안에서 자라지 않게 해 알레르기성 비염, 천식 등 알레르기 질환을 예방하고 치료한다.
야외에 나갈 때는 진드기, 불개미, 모기 등의 곤충 물림, 곤충 쏘임, 나방이 접촉 피부염 등을 예방하기 위해 모자, 긴 바지, 긴 소매 장갑 옷차림을 하고 DEET 등 곤충 구제제를 적절히 사용한다. Permethrin이란 곤충 구제 제를 옷에 뿌려 곤충 물림이나 쏘임을 예방할 수 있다.
강렬한 햇볕을 과도히 쪼이지 않게 주의해 광선 화상을 예방하고 피부암 등을 예방한다.

특히 감염병을 예방하기 위해 국가적 차원에서 일 년 365일 중 적어도 하루를 손 씻기 날로 정해 실행하자.

When various types of pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, and parasites infect organs and tissues of each system of the human body through the nose, mouth, skin, hands, and external genitalia, various types of infectious diseases can occur. In particular, it is possible to get infectious diseases by infecting various kinds of pathogens through dirty hands.
It may seem trivial, but the usual habit of washing your hands is the most effective in preventing infectious diseases and plays a large role in preventing infectious diseases.
Parenting that you should wash your hands thoroughly to prevent the transmission of pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, and parasites. It is very important to educate parenting and set an example to do so. Keep your body clean so you don’t get impetigo or other bacterial skin infections. However, you should not take a bath too often to wipe off sebum which has the function of preventing infectious diseases.
Clean the inside and around the house where you live to prevent the growth of harmful insects such as mosquitoes and flies, so you do not catch infectious diseases.
Prevent and treat allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis and asthma by preventing mold, mold, and house dust mites from growing in the house. When going outdoors, wear a hat, long pants, and long-sleeved gloves to prevent insect bites such as ticks, fire ants, mosquitoes, etc. You can prevent insect bites or stings by spraying an insect repellant called
Permethrin on your clothes. Be careful not to be exposed to excessive sunlight to prevent sunburn and skin cancer.

In particular, to prevent infectious diseases, let the national level set at least one out of 365 days a year as a handwashing day.
