예방접종 백신 주사를 맞기 전 국소 진통제와 백신 후 진통제, Topical analgesics or oral analgesics for pain and discomforts release during and after vaccination

  • 소아 청소년들도 성인들도 예방접종 백신 주사를 맞을 때 두려워한다.
  • 백신을 주사로 맞을 때 아프지 않게 해서 덜 두렵게 하는 방법을 다음 설명한다.
  • 감염병을 예방하기 위해 백신 주사로 맞을 때는 누구든지 주사 맞기 전에 주사 맞을 때 아플 것을 예상하고 두려워하고 부작용으로 인해 건강에 다른 문제가 생길까 두려워하는 것이 보통이다.
  • 실제로 백신 주사를 맞은 후 주사를 맞은 부위가 아플 수 있고 때로는 열, 몸살 등의 전신 증상도 생길 수 있고 드물게 아나필락시스 반응 등 심한 알레르기도 생길 수 있고, 백신 부작용으로 인해 사망할 수도 있다.
  • 백신 주사를 맞기 바로 전에 Lidocaine-prilocaine and amethocaine 국소용 마취제를 주사 맞을 국소에 바르면 주사 맞을 때 훨씬 덜 아프다.
  • 많은 소아청소년과 의사나 부모들이 이런 국소적 마취제 패치를 이용하지 않고 그대로 주사를 주고 맞고 있다.
  • 또 이런 목적으로 쓸 수 있는 엠라 크림(EMLA cream)제와 페인 이지 스프레이(Pain easy spray), 징고(Zingo), 바포쿨란트 스프레이(Vapocoolant spray), 라이도케인-필로케인 패치(Lidocaine-pilocaine patch) 등 여러 종류의 국소마취제가 있다.
  • 주사 백신을 맞은 후 생길 수 있는 열, 두통, 맞은 국소 통증은 Acetaminphen이나 Ibuprofen 등 경미한 경구용 진통제로 치료하는 것이 보통이다(출처; AAP News December 2007, p.2).

  • Children and adolescents and adults are also afraid of getting the vaccine. The following explains how to avoid getting sick when getting the vaccine and make it less scary.
    In order to prevent infectious diseases, it is common for anyone to expect and fear to get sick when given a vaccine before the injection, and fear that side effects may cause other health problems.
  • In fact, after the injection of the vaccine, the injection site may be painful, sometimes systemic symptoms such as fever and body aches may occur, and in rare cases, severe allergies such as anaphylactic reaction may occur, and death due to side effects of the vaccine may occur.
  • Lidocaine-prilocaine and amethocaine topical anesthetics applied to the topical area to be injected immediately prior to the vaccination will make the injection much less painful.
  • Many pediatricians and parents do not use these local anesthetic patches and are given injections as they are.
  • In addition, EMLA cream, Pain easy spray, Zingo, Vapocoolant spray, Lidocaine-prilocaine patch, which can be used for this purpose. There are several types of local anesthetics.
  • Fever, headache, and local pain that may occur after receiving the injection vaccine are usually treated with mild oral analgesics such as Acetaminphen or Ibuprofen (Source; AAP News December 2007, p.2).
