소아 성 학대 예방(아동 성 학대 예방), Prevention for child sexual abuse 

1. 소아 성 학대의 예방 

  • 어떤 소아도 소아 성 학대를 받을 수 있기 때문에 소아청소년 자녀들이 소아 성 학대를 받지 않게 평소에 잘 예방해야 한다.
  • 어린 자녀가 성 학대를 받으면 그 사실을 비밀로 지켜서는 안 된다고 교육시킨다.
  • 어떤 사람이든 성 학대를 시도할 때는 “안 된다“라고 말로 확실히 크게 말하라”고 교육시킨다.
  • 소아 성 학대를 하려고 하면 명확하고 크게 “안 된다고 말하라”고 가정 정규 성 교육을 시킨다.
  • 피할 수 없어서 소아 성 학대를 당하면 엄마아빠나 보호자, 그 외 적절한 사람에게 그 사실을 즉시 알리도록 소아 성교육을 교육시킨다.
  • 소아 강간 성 학대, 소아 성교 성 학대나 소아 성희롱 성 학대의 예방에 관한 소아 성 교육용 책자를 통해 소아 자녀가 성 학대를 받지 않게 평소에 가정 정규 성교육을 시키고 성 학대를 받지 않게 자녀를 항상 보호한다.
  • 사춘기 아이들의 가정환경, 교육 및 고용, 사회 활동, 약물사용, 성생활, 자살 시도, 우울증, 안정도 (HEADSSS)등에 관해 잘 알아보면 사춘기 아이들의 성문란의 원인에 관해서도 더 잘 알아볼 수 있다. 또 소아 성 학대를 예방하는데도 도움이 된다(Pediatric News, July 2007).

 2. 소아 강간 성 학대를 받은 후 임신 예방 

  • 초경을 한 이후 사춘기 여아가 배난 6일 전, 배난 4일 이후 소아 강간 성 학대를 받았을 때의 임신 가능성은 0.05% 이하이다.
  • 배난하기 3일 전부터 배난 된 날 사이에 강간을 당했을 때의 임신 될 가능성은 14~17%이다.
  • 강간을 당한 후 72시간 이내 오브랄(Ovral) 2정을 즉시 복용하고 첫 복용한 후 12시간이 될 때 2정을 복용해서 임신을 예방한다.

 3. 소아 성교 성 학대와 성병의 예방 

  • 소아 성교 성 학대를 받은 소아는
  • 임질,
  • 클라미디아 감염병,
  • 트리코모나스 감염병
  • 질염,
  • 매독,
  • 사람 유두종 바이러스 감염병,
  • 헐퍼스바이러스 음부염,
  • 에이즈,
  • 캔디다 외음부 질염,
  • 물 사마귀 등의 성병에 걸릴 수 있으나 소아가 성교 성 학대를 받은 후 성병이 흔히 생기지는 않는다.
  • 의사의 판단으로 항생제로 성병을 예방할 수 있고
  • 엄마아빠가 성병을 예방하기를 원할 때는 강간당한 소아가 성병에 걸리지 않게 항생제로 성병 예방 치료를 받을 수 있다.
  • 소아 성교 성 학대를 당한 후 성병을 예방하기 위해 통상적으로 항생제를 권장하지는 않는다.
  • 그러나 여러 상대자로부터 소아 성교 성 학대를 받은 소아의 경우에는 성병을 예방하기 위해 항생제 예방 치료를 받을 것을 권장한다.
  • 항생제 성병 예방을 할 때는 임질, 클라미디아 감염, 매독 등의 성병을 주로 예방한다.

 4. 소아 성 학대의 예후

  • 소아 성희롱 성 학대나 소아 성교 성 학대를 한두 번 받았던 대부분의 아이들은 정상적으로 성장 발육할 수 있다.
  • 장기간 소아 성교 성 학대를 받은 소아를 적절하게 보호해 주지 않고 소아 성교 성 학대를 더 이상 받지 않게 예방해주지 않거나 건전한 감정 정서 사람 안녕을 유지하기 위해 필요한 것을 적절히 충족해 주지 않으면 그들은 가출, 사춘기 매춘, 알코올중독, 약물 중독, 우울증, 자살 기도 내지 자살, 히스테리 등의 문제가 생기기 쉽고 결혼을 한 후 부부생활도 원만치 않을 수 있고 정신적 문제가 생기기 쉽다.

1. Prevention of pediatric abuse

  • Since any child can be subjected to pediatric sexual abuse,
  • it is important to ensure that pediatric and adolescent children are not subjected to pediatric abuse on a regular basis.
  • Educate young children that sexual abuse should not be kept confidential. Educate anyone who attempts sexual abuse to be sure to say “no” and say loudly when attempting sexual abuse.
  • If you are going to be sexually abused in pediatric abuse, teach family formality education to clearly and loudly “say no”.
  • If children are sexually abused because they are unavoidable, pedagogical sexual education is taught to inform mothers, fathers, guardians, and other appropriate persons immediately.
  • Child rape, sexual abuse in children, sexual harassment in children, and sexual harassment in children, through a booklet for pedagogical sex education on the prevention of sexual abuse, provide regular home sex education to prevent sexual abuse and protect children from sexual abuse at all times.
  • A good study of adolescent children’s home environment, education and employment, social activities, drug use, sex life, suicide attempts, depression, and stability (HEADSSS) can help you better understand the causes of sexual disorders in adolescents. It also helps prevent childhood sexual abuse (Pediatric News, July 2007).

2. Prevention of pregnancy after child rape sexual abuse

  • After menarche, when adolescent girls are subjected to rape sexual abuse 6 days before and 4 days after birth, the likelihood of pregnancy is less than 0.05%.
  • The likelihood of becoming pregnant when raped between 3 days before and between the days of delivery is 14-17%. T
  • ake 2 tablets of Ovral immediately within 72 hours after being raped, and 2 tablets at 12 hours after the first dose to prevent pregnancy.

3. Prevention of sexual abuse and sexually transmitted diseases in children

  • Children who have been sexually abused in pediatric sexual intercourse gonorrhea,
  • Chlamydia infectious disease,
  • Trichomonas infectious disease vaginitis,
  • syphilis,
  • Human papillomavirus infectious disease,
  • herpes virus genitalitis,
  • AIDS,
  • Candida vulvar vaginitis,
  • You can get sexually transmitted diseases such as water warts,
  • but sexually transmitted diseases are not common after children are sexually abused.
  • At the doctor’s judgment, antibiotics can prevent sexually transmitted diseases,
  • When mothers and fathers want to prevent sexually transmitted diseases, the raped child can be treated with antibiotics to prevent sexually transmitted diseases.
  • Antibiotics are not usually recommended to prevent sexually transmitted diseases after pediatric sexual abuse.
  • However, in the case of children who have undergone pediatric sexual abuse from multiple partners, it is recommended to receive antibiotic prophylaxis to prevent sexually transmitted diseases.
  • When preventing sexually transmitted diseases with antibiotics, sexually transmitted diseases such as gonorrhea, chlamydia infection, and syphilis are mainly prevented.

4. The prognosis of Pediatric Sexual abuse

  • Most children who have been subjected to sexual abuse or sexual abuse of children once or twice are able to grow and develop normally.
  • Failure to adequately protect children who have been subjected to long-term pedophile sexual abuse, prevent further pedophile sexual abuse, or adequately meet the needs of maintaining healthy emotional and emotional well-being, will lead to runaway, adolescent prostitution, and alcohol.
  • Problems such as addiction, drug addiction, depression, suicide attempts, suicide, and hysteria are prone to problems, and after marriage, marital life may not be smooth, and mental problems are prone.
