렙토스피라증 예방(렙토스피라병 예방), Leptospira infection prevention (Leptospirosis prevention)

  • 잠복기는 2~30일이다.
  • 렙토스피라균을 보균한 가축이나 야생 동물의 소변에 접촉될 때 렙토스피라균에 감염되어 렙토스피라증이 생길 수 있다.
  • 특히 렙토스피라균에 오염된 수영장 물, 야생 짐승이나 가축의 소변, 흙, 양수 등에 있는 렙토스피라균에 감염되어도 이 병에 걸릴 수 있다.
  • 렙토스피라 감염병은 일종의 급성 박테리아성 감염병이다.
  • 사람의 점막이나 까진 상처가 렙토스피라균이 오염된 흙, 물, 짐승의 고기 등에 접촉될 때 점막이나 상처를 통해서도 세균에 감염될 수 있다.
  • 미국을 비롯한 열대지방이나 하와이 등에서 이 병이 발생된다.
  • 이 병에 걸린 사람들의 90%는 근육통, 열, 한전 등 증상이 생길 수 있다.
  • 황달, 신장 부전증, 출혈성 폐렴 등으로 심하게 앓을 수 있다.
  • 페니실린이나 Gentamicin 등 항생제로 치료한다.
  • 손을 잘 씻고 끓인 물이나 익힌 음식물을 섭취해서 예방한다.
  • 맨발로 걷지 말고, 오염된 물에서 걷지도 수영 하지 않는다.
  • 성인의 경우, 경구용 Doxycycline으로 예방할 수 있고 10세 이하 소아청소년들의 경우, 아직 이런 약으로 예방하지 않는다.
  • 예방 백신은 아직 없다.

Leptospira infection prevention (Leptospirosis prevention) 렙토스피라증 예방(렙토스피라병 예방)

  • The incubation period is 2 to 30 days.
    When it comes into contact with the urine of livestock or wild animals carrying Leptospira, it can become infected with Leptospira, resulting in leptospirosis.
  • In particular, leptospira can also be infected with leptospira in swimming pool water contaminated with leptospira, urine of wild animals or livestock, soil, and amniotic fluid.
  • Leptospira infectious disease is a type of acute bacterial infectious disease.
  • When a person’s mucous membranes or cuts come into contact with Leptospira-contaminated soil, water, or animal meat, bacteria can also be infected through the mucous membrane or wound.
  • The disease occurs in tropical regions including the United States and Hawaii. 90% of people with this disease may develop symptoms such as muscle pain, fever, and KEPCO. Jaundice, kidney failure, and hemorrhagic pneumonia can cause severe illness.
  • Treated with antibiotics such as penicillin or gentamicin.
  • Wash your hands well and eat boiled water or cooked food to prevent it.
  • Do not walk barefoot, do not walk or swim in contaminated water.
  • Adults can be prevented with oral doxycycline, and children under 10 years of age have not yet been prevented with these drugs. There is no vaccine yet.
