황색열 예방(황열 예방), Prevention for yellow fever

  • 남아메리카와 아프리카, 사하라 지역 등에서 주로 유행한다.
  • 잠복기는 3~6일이다.
  • 숲 모기 속 에데스(Aedes aegypti)에 물려 감염된다.
  • 병의 진행 경과를 3기로 나눌 수 있다.
  • 미열 내지 고열이 생기고 두통, 오심, 구토, 복통, 근육통, 피곤, 허약 등의 증상 징후도 생길 수 있다
  • 황열로 출혈성 열이 생기면 황달, 단백뇨, 빈뇨, 신체의 여러 계통의 여러 기관의 부전증이 생기고 사망할 수도 있다.
  • 감독화 된 생 황열 바이러스로 만든 백신으로 1차 접종해서 예방한다.
  • 1차 백신 접종으로 예방한 후 10년간 예방된다. 일생동안 예방될 수도 있다.
  • 생후 9개월이나 그 이상 된 영유아들, 학령기 아이들, 사춘기 아이들과 성인들도 접종받을 수 있다.
  • 모기에 물리지 않게 긴바지 긴소매 달인 옷을 잘 입고 모자를 쓴다. 모기장을 가지고 예행한다. 모기 구제제 스프레이를 이용한다.
  •  DEET 구제제로 모기에 물리지 않게 예방한다.

Prevention for yellow fever 황색열 예방(황열 예방) 

  • It is prevalent mainly in South America, Africa, and the Sahara region.
  • The incubation period is 3-6 days.
  • It is infected by the bite of Aedes aegypti, a genus of forest mosquitoes.
  • The progression of the disease can be divided into three stages.
  • There may be mild to high fever, and symptoms such as headache, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, muscle pain, fatigue, and weakness may also occur.
  • Hemorrhagic fever from yellow fever can lead to jaundice, proteinuria, frequent urination, insufficiency of various organs of the body, and death.
  • It is a vaccine made from a supervised live yellow fever virus and is prevented by the first inoculation.
  • It is prevented for 10 years after the first vaccination. It can also be prevented throughout life. Infants and toddlers aged 9 months or older, school-age children, adolescent children, and adults can also receive the vaccination.
  • To avoid being bitten by mosquitoes, wear long pants, long sleeves, and a hat, rehearse with a mosquito net.
  • Use a mosquito repellent spray.
  • Prevent mosquito bites with DEET remedies.
